We helped the owner with her client retention and repeat business. We helped her set-up an e-mail database system to send off newsletters, special announcements, and special offers. We also added tracking to her website.
Result: Client was made aware of the role her website plays. They also had one of the best sales day after e-mailing a notice of a special sale.
Pampered Pets Day Spa
This client had a site that was built with a template that has been used by many companies. It lacked the representation of the business. We where able to design the site to reflect the feel of the business. In addition we created the text with SEO tactics in mind and added a contact form to the site.
Result: Client received several e-mails a week seeking services.
